The salt flakes comes from pure water of the Mediterranean Sea. Before producing salt flake, sea water is purified with a unique and exclusive method. The harvest is a delicate process, which results in a pyramid that can be broken with the fingers or directly add to the dish.

Are all those Sea Salts which have undergone a process of spinning, drying and sieving to select a specific granulometry.Their main characteristic is a maximum moisture content of 0.3%. Dried Sea Salts are classified according to grain size, (from smallest to largest), and physicochemical characteristics in accordance with their Data Sheet.

Vacuum compacted salts are formed from fine dried pure salt which undergoes a mechanical compacting process and depending on the type of molds, different shapes are obtained.
